What are Zoodles?

Zoodles are noodles that are made from zucchini by using a spiralizer. They are a great alternative to regular pasta noodles.

What if I don’t have a spiralizer?

You can use a regular fruit and vegetable peeler, too. Your noodles will just be longer wider strips but will still work in this recipe!

What if I don’t have mozzarella balls?

Don’t have any mozzarella balls? No problem, if you have shredded mozzarella instead, go for it! Or another white Italian cheese would be tasty, too!
