Homemade Taco Seasoning
Skip the store-bought packets of taco seasoning and make your own at home with this simple recipe full of spices you probably already have on hand.
Don’t you hate when you to make tacos and realize you don’t have any taco seasoning on hand? This happened too many times to count so I started just adding whatever spices I had on hand.
Once I started making my own taco seasoning, I never looked back! My spice cabinet is already stocked with all these ingredients. I just add them all to a small mason jar (or your could use a reusable spice jar) and shake.
When I’m making tacos, I just sprinkle on to my protein and veggies for flavor. No need to do that whole “add water and simmer” step either.
