We have been obsessed with making snacking boards lately, especially if we have any friends and family over. They are easy to assemble by grabbing out your favorite cutting board, pizza peel, or cheese board. Then just load them up with your favorite fruits, cheeses, crackers, or other festive items.
What is Dragonfruit?
My kids love raspberries and strawberries so they are the star of the show on this snack board. We added some dragonfruit, too. If you have never had dragonfruit, it is a super power food loaded with many benefits. They are very mild in taste and the texture is sort of like a kiwi. Dragonfruit is loaded with Vitamin C, B Vitamins, and are high in anti-oxidants. They are also high in dietary fiber as well. Low in calorie but high in many essential nutrients make this fruit a powerhouse!
