What is Dragonfruit?

My kids love raspberries and strawberries so they are the star of the show on this snack board. We added some dragonfruit, too. If you have never had dragonfruit, it is a super power food loaded with many benefits. They are very mild in taste and the texture is sort of like a kiwi. Dragonfruit is loaded with Vitamin C, B Vitamins, and are high in anti-oxidants. They are also high in dietary fiber as well. Low in calorie but high in many essential nutrients make this fruit a powerhouse!

Then grab a large tray or board and start assembling the ingredients.

We placed the pomegranate arils into a small glass dish along with the raspberries. Then we scattered the other ingredients around.

When ready to serve, place on the table and let everyone grab what they like! Enjoy!
