February is a month filled with love – heart-shaped candy, chocolates, and of course, Valentine’s Day. It’s a holiday definitely known for its sweet treats!

February is also American Heart Month, giving families a great opportunity to make sweet treats good for you. Here are some great tips for a heart-healthy Valentine’s day.
