  • 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup spinach, loosely packed


  1. Add yogurt, bananas, mango, blueberries, ice and spinach to blender. Blend until smooth.
