How do you make Frozen Yogurt Bark?
This healthy frozen treat is made by combining your favorite yogurt with fresh fruits or even nuts, spreading the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and freezing it until solid. Once hardened, the bark can be cut into pieces and served as dessert or enjoyed as a mid-afternoon snack.
Ingredients in Our Frozen Yogurt Bark
We combined mandarins, low-fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt, chocolate chips, granola, and graham crackers.
The yogurt provides protein and calcium which are both important for bone health and energy levels. The mandarins provide vitamin C for your immune system as well as fiber to keep you feeling fuller longer. The chocolate chips give you antioxidants while the graham crackers provide healthy carbohydrates that help fuel your body throughout the day. Plus, it’s all topped off with granola for added crunchy texture!
FAQs about Frozen Yogurt Bark
How far in advance can I make this dessert?
To extend its shelf life, after freezing, store your frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat, take out only the pieces you plan to eat right away. This way, your tasty treat should last up to 5-6 weeks without any problems.
Note: The graham crackers in this bark may become softer over time, but they are still perfect safe to consume!
What if I don’t like mandarins?
If you’re not a fan of the classic, sweet flavor of mandarins, there are plenty of other fruits that can be used in your Frozen Yogurt Bark instead. This super versatile recipe is perfect for making with kids or just as a healthy snack to enjoy yourself.
The best part about this frozen treat is that it’s totally customizable. Whether you like tart flavors or prefer something sweeter, there’s an option for everyone. Try using diced pineapple for a tropical twist, pomegranate arils for some extra crunch and sweetness, or berries like blueberries and raspberries for their natural fruity tanginess. You can even add some crushed nuts and shredded coconut on top if you’d like!
Can I leave the graham crackers out of my Frozen Yogurt Bark?
Yes, you can totally leave the graham crackers out of your Frozen Yogurt Bark! Again, you get to choose what toppings to add depending on what flavors you like best. Add nuts for crunch or dark chocolate chips for an extra bit of sweetness – it’s really up to you.
You could throw in some crushed Belvita breakfast biscuits or even vanilla wafers. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different flavors and combinations until you find one that works best for you and your family!
Won’t the Frozen Yogurt Bark stick to the pan?
Nope! If you’re using parchment paper as we suggest, there’s no need to add additional cooking spray or grease. All you have to do is layer the frozen yogurt on the parchment paper and top with whatever ingredients strike your fancy.

Can I double or triple the recipe?
Sure! But, we do recommend only freezing one portion on your cookie sheet at a time because too much of the mix in your cookie sheet at one time could result in over flow and a sticky mess. You can use multiple cookie sheets if you have shelves in your freezer or some way to separate the cookie sheets while the frozen yogurt bark is setting.
Alternatively, you could even add some of this delicious mix to popsicle molds for another way to enjoy this dessert!
