Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice
- 1 16 oz. package cauliflower rice
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Place cauliflower rice in large bowl and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Strain any excess water.
- Add lime juice, cilantro and salt to cauliflower rice and mix well.
