1 16 oz. package cauliflower rice 1 lime juiced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 teaspoon salt

Place cauliflower rice in large bowl and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Strain any excess water.
Add lime juice, cilantro and salt to cauliflower rice and mix well.
