These fun Shamrock-shaped chips and salsa is a great snack for St. Patrick’s Day! It’s simple – use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut out chips from a spinach tortilla, bake and enjoy!
- 4 spinach tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lay tortillas flat on cutting board. Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut chips from tortilla.
- Lay chips single layer on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Flip and spray other side with cooking spray. Lightly season with salt.
- Bake 5-10 minutes, or until crispy.
- Serve with salsa for dipping.
