St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Chips & Salsa

These fun Shamrock-shaped chips and salsa is a great snack for St. Patrick’s Day! It’s simple – use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut out chips from a spinach tortilla, bake and enjoy!

St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Chips & Salsa

Total Time: 15 minutes


  • 4 spinach tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup salsa


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lay tortillas flat on cutting board. Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut chips from tortilla.
  3. Lay chips single layer on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Flip and spray other side with cooking spray. Lightly season with salt.
  4. Bake 5-10 minutes, or until crispy.
  5. Serve with salsa for dipping.
