Sparkling Peach Punch
Ingredients
- 2 peaches peeled, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 24 ounces soda water
Instructions
- Add peaches, water, lemon juice and sugar to blender. Blend until smooth. Strain puree through fine mesh strainer.
- Pour puree into 4 glasses. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a peach slice, if desired.
Does it stay well in the fridge or is it something you have to drink when you make it? I would be the only one drinking it.
It will definitely stay well in the fridge, but the sparkling water will start to lose the carbonation. You can reduce the amounts for smaller servings though! Please let us know if you try it!
