And don’t we all need a little extra positivity in our days 😉 These easy-to-make healthy yogurt parfaits with mandarins and granola will take you less than 5 minutes to make, and you and the kids are going to love them! Feeling fancy? Add that fresh mint leaf!
This healthy breakfast idea consists of creamy yogurt layered with crunchy low fat granola and topped with sweet mandarins. You can easily assemble it in minutes and enjoy it as soon as you’re ready, or if you like to meal prep, you can definitely make these the night before, the granola softens a little thanks to the yogurt and it’s yum!

Not only do mandarins taste delicious, they also offer a variety of health benefits, this sweet citrus fruit is packed with vitamins and minerals that can boost your overall well-being.
Mandarins contain high levels of vitamin C which helps to strengthen the immune system. They’re also full of dietary fiber, have a high level of antioxidants, are a good source of vitamin A and folate.

How to make healthy yogurt parfaits with mandarins
Start by placing the yogurt into a bowl or glass cup, then top it off with layers of granola, mandarin slices, and even some mandarin zest and a mint leaf for extra sweetness if desired. Once complete, enjoy this healthy breakfast that not only tastes great but also provides your body with essential nutrients such as calcium, vitamin C, and protein.

Mandarin Yogurt Parfait
- 1 Bee Sweet Mandarin peeled and segmented
- 5.3 oz Low Fat Greek Yogurt we used Less Sugar Chobani Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Low Fat Granola
- Scoop yogurt into your favorite glass, fill 1/4 – 1/3 of the way.
- Sprinkle in 1 – 2 tablespoons of granola.
- Top with more yogurt.
- Finish by adding Bee Sweet Mandarin segments.
- Top with fresh mint and mandarin zest if desired.
