You would want to hold off on the grain and stir in during the last 30 minutes. Hope that helps!
Just checking on adding the grain. Usually, we would add pasta, rice, etc., towards the end of the slow cooking process. I would like to re-post the info on our FB page, but want to clarify that. If I cooked pasta for 8 hour it would be mush. thanks.
