First start by washing and preparing the apples and sweet potatoes. We left the skins on the apples but peeled the swetetpotatoes. Then using a sharp knife, thinly slice both of them.

Lay the apple and sweet potato slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar and whisk until combined. Then sprinkle the mixture over the slices covering all of them.

Next bake the slices at 350 degrees for about twenty to twenty five minutes or until golden brown. Then remove them from the oven and let cool. The apple and sweetpotato chips will get crispy as they cool. Enjoy!
