- 1 (6-inch) whole-wheat pita
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 ounces sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon honey
Tropical Smoothie
- 1 peach, peeled, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 banana
- 2 honey
Instructions
