  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 pear, peeled, chopped
  • 3/4 cup 1% milk
  • 3 1/2 cups low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt


  1. Place pineapple, pear, milk and yogurt in blender and blend until smooth.
