How to cut a pineapple
There is no right or wrong way to cut and prepare pineapple. I have seen it done several different ways over the years. We like to cut off the top and the bottom first. Then stand it up and slice off the skin and “eyes”. Then cut it into quarters and remove the core. The cut into pieces or chunks!

Frequently asked questions:
Can I use regular yogurt?
Yes just add some ice to make this a frozen treat.
Can I add some veggies?
Absolutely! We love shakes and smoothies for that reason. Throw a handful of spinach or even some cucumbers in there for a serving of veggies.
How to store pineapple?
You may have some leftover pineapple and that’s great! Pineapple is best stored in the refrigerator for a few days after it has been cut. Did you buy it but haven’t had the chance to use it yet? No worries, a whole pineapple stays fresh at room temperature for a couple days or even longer in the refrigerator!
