Nutrition Tip: An average corn cob contains 800 kernels! Corn is a good source of fiber, particularly insoluble fiber, which helps keep kids regular.

My family and I went to a get together last summer where they offered this Mix & Match Corn on the Cob bar and I loved the idea. My kids are HUGE fans of corn on the cob and enjoyed adding their own variety of toppings to spruce the corn up! I knew we had to do this at home and we did! So I wanted to share a few of our favorite corn on the cob toppings with you! Of course if you have other ideas, go for it!
