These simple 5-ingredient apple donuts will be a hit with kids! Easily turn apple slices into “donuts” and top with your favorite toppings for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cored, cut into rings
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Spread apple rings with peanut butter and top with granola, coconut and chocolate chips.
