Why We Opted for Pre-Made Pancake Mix

Making pancakes from scratch can be a lengthy process, with multiple steps and ingredients that need to be mixed together before they hit the skillet, or in this case the oven. Using pancake mix is a great way to save time in the kitchen! Pancake mix comes in boxes or bags and usually only requires you to add water (or sometimes milk) and an egg. Some mixes are even vegan, so there’s an option for everyone!
