Italian Sausage and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sweet Italian turkey sausage sliced ½-inch thick
- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled, cubed
- 16 oz green beans
- 8 mini sweet peppers sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Add sausage, sweet potatoes, green beans and peppers to sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Toss to coat all ingredients well.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
