Fruit on its own is great. Fruit with a fun dip is way better… at least according to my kids.

Greek yogurt has always been a go-to to pair with fruit in our house, and we love to get creative and mix in other ingredients, like peanut butter, cocoa powder and cream cheese.

Why Greek Yogurt?

Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium (for bone health) and protein, contains probiotics (for gut health) and has less sugar than regular yogurt.

We prefer to use plain Greek yogurt and lightly sweeten it with honey, maple syrup or agave nectar. This way, we get to control the amount of sugar.

Greek yogurt also has a thicker consistency making it ideal for easy dipping.

How to Make Fruit Dip

Once you’ve selected which fruit dip you want to make, simply mix your ingredients until smooth. Make sure to give it a taste-test and add a little extra honey or other ingredients as needed.

Pair with Arctic Apples and your favorite fresh fruit for dipping.

Healthy Snacking Made Easy

Having fruit and dip ready to go when my kids get home from school is always necessary to fend off the “hangries” until dinnertime. I usually wash and prep a few fruits – like kiwi, strawberries and mandarins – and store them in the fridge at the beginning of the week.

Apples are another perfect fruit vehicle for all those tasty dips. There’s just one problem – they turn brown so quickly!

Enter Arctic Apples! They’re non-browning apples that come conveniently pre-sliced for snacking greatness. No prep work required!

All of these fruit dips start with plain Greek yogurt. Then we add a few other pantry staple ingredients for creamy, delicious dipping.
