Many people are under the impression that an air fryer is only for making fried foods healthier, but that’s not the case. There are so many foods that can be made in one (I’ve listed out a few of my favorite below).

5 Things You Didn’t Know You Could Make in the Air Fryer
Any kind of potatoes will do! I’ve been enjoying mini sweet potatoes, which can cook in just 10 minutes (at 400F). My family has really enjoyed these mini Ranch potatoes too, which are easy for any weeknight meal.
We love baked salmon or salmon on the grill, but the salmon we made in the air fryer was done in minutes and was the perfect mix of crunch and taste. We just season ours and cook on 375F for 12 minutes.
Empanadas are one of my family’s favorites. Empanadas sound hard, but when you buy the empanada dough in the freezer section of your grocery store, you can air fry just about any combo of empanada quickly.

Hard Boiled Eggs
Yes, you heard me correctly. You can hard boil several eggs at one time and to perfection in the air fryer. Just cook at 270F for 15 minutes. Don’t forget to throw them in an ice bath afterward for easy peeling.
