These mini Wonton Taco Cups are a great appetizer, easy weeknight meal, or lunchbox idea. These are ready in 30 minutes, and the whole family will love them.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Drizzle with olive oil, add diced RealSweet® Vidalia onion, and cook until translucent.
Add ground beef and cook 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked through. Drain if needed and return to pan. Stir in black beans and ¡Yo Quiero!™ Salsa until well combined.
Line muffin pan cups with wonton wrappers, placing 2 wrappers in each cup. Spoon taco mixture evenly into each cup.
Bake 12-15 minutes, or until wonton edges are golden brown and crispy.
Top with ¡Yo Quiero!™ Chunky Guacamole and ¡Yo Quiero!™ White Queso.
