1 15 oz. can chickpeas 1 Tbsp. olive oil Seasonings of choice

Preheat oven to 425F.
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Let sit in colander to dry or dry on paper towels for at least 30 minutes.
Transfer chickpeas to parchment-lined baking sheet and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.
