These Red, White & Blue Yogurt Granola Cups are an easy kid-friendly breakfast or snack made with Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt, fresh berries and crunchy granola. They’re quick to assemble, customizable and perfect for summer mornings, patriotic celebrations or make-ahead snack prep.

  • 2 cups Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes optional
  • Fresh mint optional for garnish

  • Directions
  • In a bowl, stir together Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt, honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, if using.
  • Divide yogurt evenly among 4 small cups or jars.
  • Layer strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt.
  • Top with granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  • Add coconut flakes or fresh mint, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate without granola until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Storage Tip
Store yogurt and fruit cups covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best texture, wait to add granola until just before serving so it stays crunchy.
