These Red, White & Blue Protein Overnight Oats Parfaits are an easy make-ahead breakfast made with Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk, oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and fresh berries. They’re cold, creamy, filling and perfect for busy summer mornings, active kids, teens and grab-and-go family routines.

Ingredients
  

For the Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional

For the Parfait Layers

  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt for layering
  • Granola optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, stir together oats, Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon, if using.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Once oats are thick and creamy, divide them among 4 jars or cups.
  • Layer with diced strawberries, blueberries and extra Greek yogurt.
  • Top with granola right before serving, if desired.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Storage Tip
Store overnight oats parfaits in covered jars or containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best texture, add granola right before serving so it stays crunchy.
