Red, White & Blue Protein Overnight Oats Parfaits Recipe
These Red, White & Blue Protein Overnight Oats Parfaits are an easy make-ahead breakfast made with Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk, oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and fresh berries. They’re cold, creamy, filling and perfect for busy summer mornings, active kids, teens and grab-and-go family routines.
In a bowl, stir together oats, Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon, if using.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once oats are thick and creamy, divide them among 4 jars or cups.
Layer with diced strawberries, blueberries and extra Greek yogurt.
Top with granola right before serving, if desired.
Serve chilled.
