unsweetened pumpkin puree

maple syrup

pumpkin pie spice
Granola of your choice

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
In each glass or jar, add a layer of yogurt.
Spoon a layer of the pumpkin mixture on top.
Add granola and repeat layers until all four parfaits are assembled.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
