Grilled Summer Vegetables with Roasted Garlic Aioli

With so many different vegetables in season over the summer, you may be looking for ways to prepare them. We highly recommend grilling your summer vegetables...and don't forget the roasted garlic aioli for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • Bell peppers
  • Asparagus
  • Sweet Onions
  • Summer squash
  • Zucchini
  • Marie's Roasted Garlic Aioli for dipping
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all summer vegetables.
  • Spray veggies with olive oil spray.
  • Put a little olive oil on a piece of paper towel and gently wipe the grates of the grill.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill veggies until desired done-ness. 3 to 8 minutes depending on the type of vegetable you are cooking.
  • Serve with Marie's Roasted Garlic Aioli.

Notes

If you decide to add in a few jalapenos too, just be aware that a grilled jalapeno tends to get even spicier.
We recommend using a variety of vegetables when serving your grilled veggie platter, it gives your family a lot of different options to try...and it's just prettier!
