Frozen Yogurt Mandarin Ice Cream Bars
These creamy bars are smooth, citrusy, and feel like dessert. You’ll feel good knowing they’re made with nothing artificial. They're also easy enough to prep in advance for a week of healthy treats.

- 1 cup Bee Sweet Citrus mandarins peeled and segmented
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- Optional: a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon
Get Recipe Ingredients
Blend the mandarins and yogurt until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or popsicle trays.
Freeze for 2 to 4 hours, or until solid.
Pop out and enjoy straight from the freezer, or let sit for 3 to 5 minutes for a soft-serve texture.
Optional: drizzle with melted dark chocolate before freezing for a dessert vibe with extra flair.
