1 English cucumbers thinly sliced 3 tablespoons white vinegar 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 3/4 Vidalia onion thinly sliced Salt and pepper to taste Red pepper flakes if desired

Place cucumbers and onions in bowl.
In a small bowl, combine vinegars and sugar.
Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers and onion. Toss to combine.
Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
