Ingredients
  

  • 1 English cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 Vidalia onion thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes if desired

Instructions
 

  • Place cucumbers and onions in bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine vinegars and sugar.
  • Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers and onion. Toss to combine.
  • Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
