Butternut Squash Fries

Easy and healthy side dish that is ready in under 30 minutes! These butternut squash fries will be a family favorite!

Course 30 Minutes or Less, Side Dish, Sides
- 1 butternut squash
- olive oil spray
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- your favorite seasonings I used an all purpose seasoning and red pepper flakes
Get Recipe Ingredients
Peel, slice, cut the butternut squash into “fry” sticks.
Dust with cornstarch, spray and add seasonings, mix around.
Air Fry at 400 for 15-18 mins.
Shake every 5 mins or so.
Serve with your favorite dips.
