Butternut Squash Fries

Easy and healthy side dish that is ready in under 30 minutes! These butternut squash fries will be a family favorite!

Cook Time 18 minutes
Course 30 Minutes or Less, Side Dish, Sides

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 butternut squash
  • olive oil spray
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • your favorite seasonings I used an all purpose seasoning and red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Peel, slice, cut the butternut squash into “fry” sticks.
  • Dust with cornstarch, spray and add seasonings, mix around.
  • Air Fry at 400 for 15-18 mins.
  • Shake every 5 mins or so.
  • Serve with your favorite dips.
