- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large green bell pepper sliced in triangles
- fresh cilantro for garnish
