1cupmashed sweetpotatoI cooked mine in the microwave for 5 minutes. Be careful, it will be hot!
3tbspmaple syrupyou can use agave or honey as a substitute

Place all the ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite popsicle molds. My molds are only 3.5 oz, so depending on the size of yours will depend on how many popsicles you will make. If you end up with extra mixture, just freeze it in a freezer-safe container and enjoy it as a sweet treat with a spoon :)
