Mandarin Chicken Stir-fry with Green Beans

This Mandarin Chicken Stir-Fry is an easy go-to weeknight dinner and leftovers can easily be repurposed in a Thermos for stress-free lunch the next day.

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups chopped Pero Family Farms® Snipped Green Beans
- 2 Bee Sweet Citrus mandarins peeled, segmented
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through. Add teriyaki sauce and green beans. Cook additional 5 minutes, or until green beans are tender.
Remove from heat, add oranges and stir to combine.
Serve over rice.
