Microwave Mug Pizza

With minimal ingredients, this microwave mug pizza is sure to become a staple kids lunch idea. Kids can even customize with their favorite pizza toppings like peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and pepperoni.

- 1/8 store-bought pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
- 1 slice tomato chopped
- 2 leaves basil chopped
Place pizza dough in wide-mouth mug or bowl. Top with marinara sauce, cheese, peppers and tomato.
Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, or until cheese is melted and dough is cooked through. Top with basil.
Use your favorite vegetables, or add pepperoni or sausage to customize your mug pizza!
