These Greek Chicken Bowls are ready in just a few minutes and are loaded with healthy, nutritious ingredients. This is also an excellent meal prep recipe.
1Cooked chicken breastcut into slices. Use pre-cooked, pre-sliced chicken to save time.
1RealSweet Sweet Onionsliced
Cherry tomatoes - we used Nature Fresh Ombre Tomatoesadd to taste
¼Cucumbercut into quarters
Black Olivesadd to taste
2tbspFeta Cheese we used Fat Free Mediterranean Herb Feta
1tbspTzatziki Saucethis is found in the deli section, but you can also make your own
Instructions
Place the rice and chicken in a bowl and warm it if desired.
Top with RealSweet Sweet Onion slices, tomatoes, cucumbers and black olives.
Sprinkle on feta cheese.
Add a tablespoon or two of Tzatziki sauce.
