  • 1 cups frozen watermelon
  • ½ cup chopped seedless cucumber
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves


  • Add watermelon, cucumbers, coconut water, lime juice and mint to blender. Blend until smooth.


  • If you prefer a creamy smoothie, add a banana before blending.
  • No frozen watermelon? Use fresh and add 1/2 - 1 cup of ice.
