- 1 lb. sweet Italian turkey sausage sliced ½-inch thick
- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled, cubed
- 16 oz green beans
- 8 mini sweet peppers sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400F.
Add sausage, sweet potatoes, green beans and peppers to sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Toss to coat all ingredients well.
Bake 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
