With just a few minutes of prep work, this easy Italian Sausage and Veggie sheet pan dinner comes together for a quick, fuss-free meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. sweet Italian turkey sausage sliced ½-inch thick
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled, cubed
  • 16 oz green beans
  • 8 mini sweet peppers sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Add sausage, sweet potatoes, green beans and peppers to sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Toss to coat all ingredients well.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
