Roasted chickpeas are a quick, easy and delicious crunchy snack! This plant-based protein can be tossed in an endless combination of seasonings to fit any mood.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Seasonings of choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F. 
  • Drain and rinse chickpeas. Let sit in colander to dry or dry on paper towels for at least 30 minutes.
  • Transfer chickpeas to parchment-lined baking sheet and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.
