Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned black beans drained, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large green bell pepper sliced in triangles
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place black beans, oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, pepper and salt in food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer dip to small bowl. Garnish with cilantro leaves. Dip bell pepper triangles into hummus.
