Dill & Garlic Roasted Potatoes

These roasted potatoes are tossed with fresh garlic and dill for a tasty and easy side dish that pairs perfectly with any meal. - 1 pound petite yellow potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Toss potatoes in oil, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Lay single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until browned and tender.
