These roasted potatoes are tossed with fresh garlic and dill for a tasty and easy side dish that pairs perfectly with any meal.   • 1 pound petite yellow potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Toss potatoes in oil, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Lay single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, or until browned and tender.
