Ingredients

  • Your favorite sliced lunch meats we used turkey, ham, salami, and pepperoni
  • Mozzarella Pearls
  • You favorite cheeses cut into cubes
  • Green Olives pitted
  • Black Olives
  • Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • Mini Pickles
  • Mini Sweet Pepper Rings
  • Jalapenos
  • Pearl onions
  • Cucumbers
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Rosemary for garnish
  • Arugula for garnish
  • Cranberries for garnish
  • Large Toothpicks - We used the 6 inch variety
  • Guacamole for dipping

Instructions

  • Simply skewer the ingredients onto the large toothpicks. I like to rotate colors of the ingredients on each stick because it makes for the prettiest antipasto wreath. Pro Tip: Don't make each stick exactly the same, it looks prettier when it's arranged and will give your guests variety and have them coming back for more.
  • After all your antipasto skewers are made, either store them in the refrigerator until ready for use or start assembling the wreath.
  • I made one layer and then put some arugula down in-between the skewers to add to the wreath-affect.
  • Then add a layer on top of that one, placing a skewer in-between each one from the first layer.
  • Then add another another layer of charcuterie skewers.
  • Scatter cranberries around for that festive pop of red and don't forget the rosemary! The rosemary really gives you that wreath-like feel.

Notes

I left my skewers in the refrigerator until I was ready to assemble my charcuterie wreath.
I liked having three layers because it gave the wreath dimension and it allows for people to grab off two layers and you are still left with a gorgeous Christmas Charcuterie Wreath.
