Mini Fruit and Yogurt Tartlets

These Mini Fruit & Yogurt Tartlets will dazzle at your next birthday party, cookout or special occasion. Simply top the tartlets with yogurt and your favorite chopped fruit.

- 12 mini fillo shells found in freezer section
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 cups assorted chopped fruit
Graham Cracker Crust Option
- 10 graham cracker sheets or 1¼ cups crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Graham Cracker Crust Option
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line 12 muffin cups with liners and set aside.
Blend graham crackers in blender or food processor until fine.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and brown sugar in bowl.
Press 2 Tbsp. of mixture into bottom of muffin liners.
Bake 7-8 minutes, or until browned and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool.
