Ingredients
  

  • 2 7-inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 4 large eggs scrambled, cooked until firm
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach roughly chopped
  • 8 slices cucumber
  • 1 to mato chopped

Instructions
 

  • Lay tortillas on flat surface and spread with hummus.
  • Top with eggs, cheese, spinach, cucumber and tomato.
  • Roll up and cut in half.
