- 1/4 cup hummus
- 4 large eggs scrambled, cooked until firm
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup baby spinach roughly chopped
- 8 slices cucumber
- 1 to mato chopped
Lay tortillas on flat surface and spread with hummus.
Top with eggs, cheese, spinach, cucumber and tomato.
Roll up and cut in half.
