Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chipotle Ranch dressing
  • 1 head cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat cauliflower with dressing, making sure to get all nooks & crannies.
  3. Bake 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
