Who says holiday meals have to take all day? This no-fuss, slow cooker recipe keeps the ham moist and tender, and the cherries add a tart flavor your family will love.
Ingredients
Slow Cooker Ham & Pineapple
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 pounds fully cooked low-sodium ham
- 1/3 cup 100% apple juice
- 1/2 pineapple, cored, sliced
- 1/2 cup Sage Fruit® cherries, pitted
Roasted Asparagus & Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 cups asparagus, trimmed, cut into 1’’ pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes,, halved
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
Instructions
Slow Cooker Ham & Pineapple
- Place ham in slow cooker. Pour apple juice on top, then coat ham in mustard glaze. Top with pineapple slices and cherries.
- Cook in slow cooker 6 hours on low.
Roasted Asparagus & Cherry Tomatoes
- Toss asparagus, tomatoes and dressing in medium bowl.
- Pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes, or until tender.
