  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla fruit dip
  • 1/2 cup rainbow peppers, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots,
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat ranch dip


  1. Top grapes, raspberries and strawberries with a dab of vanilla dip and place on plate.
  2. Top peppers, cucumbers and carrots with a dab of ranch dip and place on plate.
