Ingredients
Orange Salsa Tilapia
- 1 navel orange peeled, segmented, chopped
- 1 15 oz. can low-sodium black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 cup seeded finely chopped mini sweet peppers
- 1 jalapeño seeded, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 4 oz. tilapia fillets
- 1 teaspoon canola oil

- 4 graham cracker squares
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons caramel dip
Instructions
Orange Salsa Tilapia
- Mix orange, beans, pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, onion and lime juice. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Coat 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Lay fish in single layer and brush with oil.
- Bake 12-14 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Top fish with salsa.
