This trail mix is a quick fix and makes for a perfect after school snack. Make this recipe ahead time and store in sandwich bags or plastic containers for a snack that travels with you.

  • 2 pistachio chewy bite bars, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup banana chips


  1. Combine bars, chocolate chips, coconut, sunflower seeds and banana chips in sandwich bag; mix well.
