How to make this Flatbread

Step 1: Caramelize the onions

Heat butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions and cook for about 30-40 minutes. Once onions begin to soften and brown, sprinkle with salt and stir in stock. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.

Step 2: Assemble flatbread

Preheat the oven to 425F. Lay the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with 1 tsp. olive oil and top with caramelized onions and goat cheese.

Step 3: Bake

Bake the flatbread for 8-12 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust is crisp. Remove from oven.

Step 4: Add Topping
